Journey to Resignation

“Journey to Resignation” was written in May 2022 and recently I rediscovered it in my ever-growing folder of unpublished poems. It is an account of ‘my’ wrestling with the stubborn persistence of suffering despite the promise of awakening. I question the search itself, tracing the restless tension between longing and disillusionment, and catch glimpses of insight that surface in the midst of it all. It’s an invitation into that unsettled space where frustration and wonder meet, and to consider who it is that truly sees through the eyes.
